The description of 2Enable

2Enable provides access to FREE curriculum aligned educational content for all South Africans. It is unique in that it can operate wholly online, partially online and entirely offline. Please note that the aggregation, development and alignment of content is continuing and as a result the scope and quality of resources will improve with each new version. If you have better resources that you wish to contribute to this project, please do so via the Enterprise Version.

Online Version
The online version can be accessed at www.2Enable.org. Here users can access content and informal assessments and seek help via instant messages with the cloud, their learning circle and their mentors/teachers. Mentors can access their students results and perform other management tasks and all users can contribute new resources into any module that they feel is an improvement on what is currently listed.

Android App
This allows users to access all content and to complete informal assessments online. In schools equipped with a 2Enable Digital Library, all users can access the content directly on the library via Wi-Fi and can download the content onto their mobile device. This allows users to access content offline while not using any data. This functionality is specifically designed to provide users without internet access or living in a rural location, access to quality content.

2Enable is memory intensive sometimes resulting in an out-of-memory error. If this occurs on your device, please close all open applications before using 2Enable.

Note: Only content that has been shared with 2Enable is available offline. Content that 2Enable does not have permission to download and share is only available online.
