Not all sushi needs chopsticks. Temaki, or hand roll, is a large cone-shaped piece of nori (the black seaweed sheet) with the sushi filling (neta) spilling out the wide end. Best eaten fast before the nori falls apart. As if you needed a reason to hold back.
