• On Spot Transportation and Delivery Orders: You get on-spot location based orders, so from now you need not to move across the city to generate new orders. All transportation orders come directly to your mobile application.
• Cash Payments and UPI Payments: you can accept payments for your orders either through cash directly from your customer or through online UPI payments directly to your bank account.
• Map Based User Interface: With Tag N Bag you enjoy the high quality map based interface along with Google Navigation support to help you better understand your location, your customer’s pick-up location and delivery location.
• Return Order Management: In case you are unable to deliver any order to the designated person or you are unable to find the delivery location, we have a best in class return order management system to support you and the customer for seamless reverse logistics.
• Petrol Pump Listing and SOS Support: Get to know all your nearby petrol pumps and fuel stations for easy and on-time refuelling of your vehicles. You also get to access the SOS (Signal of Survival) feature on your application for added security and safety.
Delivery Order Flow
• STEP-1 : Log-in to your service provider application
• STEP-2 : You will receive a notification as soon as a customer books an order with You
• STEP-3 : Confirm the order and move to the pick-up location
• STEP-4 : Update the Order Form and collect the parcel/ goods for delivery
• STEP-5 : Deliver the goods at the Destination to the authorised person and your order is complete
